Please be aware that the deadline to file a claim was December 15, 2023. Claims filed after December 15, 2023 are considered late and their acceptance is subject to the discretion of the Claims Administrator, in consultation with Class Counsel, and/or further Order of the Court. Without a claim submission you cannot be considered for compensation.
The settlement was approved by Order of the Court on January 5, 2023.
If you acquired Northland Resources S.A. Securities between April 1, 2012 and January 23, 2013 and held some or all of those Securities as of January 23, 2013, you may be a member of the proposed class.
The settlement requires the payment of EUROS 7,550,000.00 for the benefit of Class Members. The settlement amount, minus Court-approved Class Counsel fees, disbursements, administration costs and applicable taxes is being held in an interest-bearing trust account for the benefit of Class Members until distribution.
